This is a very helpful course. Dr. Valachi explains clearly how to prevent neck pain and gives great tips on selecting the best equipment and ensuring ergonomic postures. I highly recommend for all dentists and dental students!

I’m having continuing neck pain, exacerbated by my practice of dentistry for almost 40 years. The stretches recommended in this video are the first stretches or strengthening exercises that have made a difference. They are the first to reach the sore muscles and have helped decrease chronic pain. I am looking for continued improvement.

  3. FABIOLA GARCIA DE ROCHA (verified owner)

I’m implementing Dr Valachi’s tips on the video and my pain has already improved a lot. I recommend this course!

After practicing for more than 26 years as a hyginenist, I finally invested in myself… I attended Bethany’s course many years ago but did not purchase the programs. I thought I could just exercise and stay healthy. Dentistry is hard on the neck and back… I am much better in just 2 weeks of doing the stretching and recommended exercises on this program.
Purchase this program and prolong your career and health.
