Virtual or CE Products

For all virtual products or CE video courses, the 30 day money back guarantee is null after any CE tests or consultations are completed, and/or after the completion or viewing of 20% of the online content.

Physical Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll fully refund your money (product price only, shipping expenses are not reimbursed), or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in the original packing material.

Please send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post with a tracking number. Please include a copy of your receipt.

COD’s are not accepted.
